Shipping & Returns
While we endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery as each product is custom made.
Your goods will be sent to you via Australia Post or one of our shipping providers and we will forward tracking details for your order where possible.
Free shipping within Australia is included in pricing.
Unfortunately due to shipping costs we are unable to send frames, canvas or acrylic products internationally.
However we do ship rolled prints to anywhere in the world. Please get in touch via our contact form.
Every effort has been made on this site to accurately represent the vibrant colours of Jasmine’s images. However, due to differences in computer screens and certain other variations, the images here should only be taken as a guide. The colour and sharpness of the finished print will be far superior to what can be presented on a small screen.
We want you to feel confident with your purchase and we take all precautions to ensure your product arrives safely. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Please keep the damaged print along with all original packaging as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
Please choose carefully. Purchases of photographic prints, canvas, acrylic and frames are final. As each item is custom made to your exact specifications at time of ordering we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.
